Nebraska Boating Company Academy

Structured certification levels develop skilled watercraft specialists committed to safety and professionalism.

Level I: Certified Watercraft Operations Specialist

Complete essential classroom and practical training to operate independently with confidence and safety. All Watercraft Operational Specialists must become Level 1 Certified to begin executing solo boating operations.

Level II: Senior Watercraft Operations Specialist

Advance your skills with leadership training and hands-on management experience after 100 hours logged on local waterways. With more time on the water comes more responsibility and a higher wage.

Level III: Lead Operations Specialist

Take charge of training, safety audits, and operational standards with advanced leadership certification. A Lead Operations Specialist has a minimum of 250 logged hours on local waterways. A Level III Lead Operations Specialiast spearheads operations, sits on the managing board, receives incentivized bonuses, and is approved to represent Nebraska Boating Company as a managing member to the public.
